Object: M13 - Globular Cluster in the constellation Hercules. Magnitude of 6.2. Located about 25,000 light years from Earth. Telelscope:LX200 10" @ f/4 Camera: Starlight Xpress SXV-H9 Guiding: SXV Guider through Stellarvue AT1010 @ f/6, piggybacked on LX200 Exposures: LUM: 30 X 30s & 12 X 60s (27 minutes total - unbinned), RGB: 12 X 30s each - unbinned Filters: Schuler LRGcBc Filters Comments: My second Globular Cluster and second image with SXV-H9 camera. Seeing was good. First unbinned image and LRGB with H-9. Captured and processed in AstroArt 3.0, and finished with Photoshop 7.0. The image scale was approx. 1.31 arcsec/pix. |
